A client, not a capability
Being able to do something is not evidence of having done it. A vertical appears here when an operation has run in it.
Industries
Every outsourcing website lists twelve industries. Most of those lists are aspiration. This one grows as the evidence does.
Being able to do something is not evidence of having done it. A vertical appears here when an operation has run in it.
If the page would only repeat what the solutions pages already say with a different noun at the top, it should not exist. An industry page earns its place by naming what breaks in that industry specifically.
Client names, volumes and results are published only with written authorisation. Until then we describe the work, not the customer.
Where the model applies
The operating model — people, process, automation and quality — is not industry-specific. It has been applied to order taking, delivery coverage and multi-branch operations. The industries where we would expect it to transfer most directly are those with high repetitive contact volume, appointment or delivery logistics, and a clear cost per missed interaction.
That is a statement about the model, not a claim of clients in those industries. We keep the two separate on purpose.
Healthcare scheduling, professional services intake, retail and e-commerce support, and home services dispatch are natural adjacencies to the work we already do. We will publish each one when there is a client and a result to point at — not before.
