Careers

We hire for judgment. The rest we train.

EVX Global runs bilingual customer operations for companies across the Americas. If you can hold a conversation in English and Spanish and you care whether the customer actually got what they needed, we want to talk.

Why work here

Real training, not a script drop

You get the reasoning behind the rules, because the rules came from calls that went wrong. Knowing why is what lets you handle the call the script did not predict.

You work with the automation, not against it

AI takes the repetitive volume. What reaches you is what needs a person. That makes the job harder and considerably less boring.

Feedback tied to a real moment

Quality reviews point at a specific interaction and what to do differently, not at a monthly score you cannot act on.

U.S. hours, employment in order

Eastern time schedules, with local employment and compliance handled properly.

How our hiring process works

  1. 01

    Application

You apply to a position or join the talent network. Both go to the same place.

  2. 02

    Screening

We check language level, experience and availability against what the operation needs.

  3. 03

    Interview

A conversation, in both languages when the role is bilingual.

  4. 04

    Assessment

A practical exercise close to the real work — not a personality quiz.

  5. 05

    Client or internal review

Some roles include a review with the client whose operation you would join.

  6. 06

    Offer or talent pool

If it is not a fit now, you stay in the pool and we come back when it is.

Candidate questions

Can I work remotely?

Depends on the position. Remote opportunities may be available to qualified candidates in eligible countries depending on the position, client and operational requirements. We do not promise that every role is remote, and we do not promise that every country is eligible.

Do I need to be bilingual?

For most positions, yes — English and Spanish. Some back office and administrative roles do not require it.

What equipment do I need for a remote role?

A reliable computer, a stable internet connection and a headset. We ask about all three in the application so nobody wastes an interview finding out.

I applied before and heard nothing. Should I apply again?

Yes. Operations open and close constantly, and a profile that did not fit in March may be exactly what is needed in September.

Is there a cost to apply?

No. There is never a cost to apply or to be hired. If anyone asks you for money on our behalf, it is not us.
