How the price works

  • The implementation fee is waived under the current launch offer. It is a real fee, not a decoration: US$99, US$149 and US$299 depending on the plan, and it comes back when the offer ends.
  • While the offer is live your first payment is only the subscription. Afterwards the first payment goes back to subscription plus the one-time implementation fee.
  • The annual option is 10 months of subscription — two months free — and the implementation is waived on top of that while the offer lasts.
  • Prices in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated before you confirm payment and depend on which entity invoices you. Variable usage — telephony, messaging — is billed separately.

What "24/7" means here

Automation available 24/7, with human escalation during operating hours. The chatbot and the voice agent answer at any hour because they are software. Escalation to a person happens within the operation's hours. We do not claim round-the-clock human coverage, because that is a different thing.

Questions people actually ask

Can I pay online right now?

Yes. Pick a plan, start the trial with a card, and your account is provisioned automatically.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 7 days. A card is required to start it, nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before the first charge from the “Manage my subscription” link in your confirmation email, or by writing to contact@evxglobal.net.

Is the implementation fee charged again on renewal?

No. It is charged once, at the start — and right now it is not charged at all.

Is my line active immediately?

WhatsApp depends on Meta's onboarding and verifying your number. We advise you of that up front rather than after you pay.

Who invoices me, and can I get a Dominican fiscal receipt?

You choose how you want to be invoiced: international billing through Evallish BPO LLC (Wyoming), or Dominican fiscal billing with a comprobante fiscal. Applicable taxes are calculated before you confirm payment.

What is not included?

Variable usage: telephony, messaging and any third-party consumption. Those are billed as used.

EVX Global is a brand of Evallish BPO LLC, a Wyoming company, with operations delivered from the Dominican Republic. Support is provided by the same people who run the operations — not a ticket queue in another time zone.
