Why nearshore

Close enough to manage. Far enough to make sense.

We operate from the Dominican Republic. That is not only a cost decision — it is a manageability decision, and the two are often confused.

Your business hours, not a handoff

Santo Domingo runs on U.S. Eastern time. Your morning stand-up is our morning stand-up. Problems get solved on the same day they appear instead of waiting for a shift on the other side of the world to wake up.

Bilingual inside the same call

Agents move between English and Spanish without transferring, because a growing share of U.S. customers do exactly that. A transfer to a "Spanish line" is a queue, and a queue is where satisfaction goes to die.

A floor you can actually visit

A short flight from Miami and New York. Clients who want to walk the floor, meet the team and sit behind an agent for an afternoon can do it and be home the same week.

A real labour market

The Dominican contact-center sector is established, not improvised — which means the talent pool has depth, and hiring the eleventh person is not harder than hiring the first.

What nearshore is not

It is not automatically cheaper than every alternative, and it is not the right answer for every process. Work that needs deep domain licensing, physical presence or a specific regulatory footprint should stay where it is. We will say so in the first conversation rather than the third month.
